LET’S FACE IT…

IT Staffing is an unloved industry. Customers and Candidates both feel that it is a necessary evil.

WHY?

Because Staffing companies are supposed to save TIME.

WHY DON’T THEY?

Because there are very few Technical Staffing companies that actually understand the technology for the positions that they are recruiting for.

WHAT HAPPENS?

Clients that engage IT Staffing companies usually get a volume of poorly screened, keyword-searched resumes that the Client or their project staff or developers are having to weed out (sometimes 40 to 1) to get to the right candidate. THEN they have to pay a steep price for that marginal service.

WHAT ABOUT THE CANDIDATES?

Candidates are constantly being contacted and sent on interviews without being properly screened and they are going on the wild goose chase interviews and wasting their time and embarrasing themselves by showing up for an interview that they don’t qualify for. They may be well qualified but not qualified for THAT position.

WHY ARE WE DIFFERENT?

Our Recruiting team consists of Ex-Technical staff and experienced Recruiters that are REQUIRED to go through vigorous technical training. Then they have Technical questions at their fingertips to screen candidates to prevent unqualified presentations to our clients.

We also focus on a few technologies as opposed to being generalists so that we can truly understand what we are looking for.
