Trinsic Telecommunications


Project Solutions heard that Trinsic was wasting time interviewing candidates from IT staffing companies.

 

Trinsic was using 15 vendors and was getting hundreds of resumes from those vendors. Many of the resumes looked great on paper, but after setting time to interview, the technical portion only lasted 5-10 minutes before the candidate was walked out in silence.

 

They needed top technical talent and their current vendors were not screening the candidates correctly.
