Talent Match Process

Headquartered in Metro Atlanta, our focus has been on our regional client base, and with this focus comes the ongoing relationships with a network of I.T. talent that few can rival. 95% of our placements to clients on a contract or direct hire basis have been referrals or word of mouth. Since most of our clients have subscriptions to the major job boards, we have found that referrals have less submittal duplication and better results in their employment performance with our clients.

Our Recruiting Process

We are almost exclusively referral basis or word of mouth. We rarely use internet job boards.

We meet 100% of our local candidates face to face before they are submitted to any client. We technically test via a third party all technical candidates and provide those reports to our clients upon request. We check all references and we also look within our network of contacts to others that are not listed as references.
We perform background checks customized per client.

The Result?

A high quality, hard to find candidate that has an incredibly low turnover rate.
